Thank you for shopping with us! This shipping policy outlines how we handle the processing, shipping, and delivery of your orders.
Where We Ship
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates & Costs
We offer different shipping structures depending on the type of product you are purchasing:
- Subscription Products: All subscription orders automatically qualify for free standard shipping within the US.
- One-Time Purchases: Shipping costs for non-subscription, one-time purchases are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be clearly outlined for you at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Mixed Orders: If your cart contains both a subscription product and a one-time purchase, the subscription item will ship free, and applicable shipping charges will only apply to the one-time purchase items.
Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
While we strive to ensure your items arrive safely, we are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pivot@getpivit.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition so we can make it right.
